If only people would understand the true nature of the technology “revolution”
On Saturday, journalist Laurie Penny and I were drinking tea and talking about making something together. The next day she took the 17-hour Occupy Wall Street busride down to Chicago, to cover the #noNato protests. Laurie sent me snaps of her busmates: kids who were singing Disney songs as they prepared to be beaten and arrested. So I drew them.

However she stated it, Emma Goldman had the right idea.
If I can’t dance, it’s not my revolution!
If I can’t dance, I don’t want your revolution!
If I can’t dance, I don’t want to be part of your revolution.
A revolution without dancing is not a revolution worth having.
If there won’t be dancing at the revolution, I’m not coming.
True American is happening this summer and if you are my real friends you will get down with it and if not then fuck you guys.
Also I am determined to make this summer full of new faces and new places and lots of grill and beach time SO LET’S DO THIS!
I haven’t given someone the finger in quite sometime. Perhaps for this very reason
